R&D Split Boss Clamp Coupling
Is machined from solid steel, the half clamp can accommodate the variations than can occur with normal shaft tolerances with a better fit than a solid coupling. They are easy to install and can be adjusted to the required position on the propeller shaft ensuring alignment with a flexible coupling.
Available as standard in:
4″ Flange – bore sizes: 1″ and 25mm.
Optional for Beta 10, 14, 16, 20, 25, 30, 35, 38, 45T, 43, 50 & 60.
Available as special order in: (Please contact us for a quote)
4” Flange – bore sizes to suit: 3/4″, 1-1/4″ & 1-1/2″ or 22mm, 30mm, 35mm.
Optional for Beta 10, 14, 16, 20, 25, 30, 35, 38, 45T, 43, 50 & 60.
5” Flange – bore sizes to suit: 3/4″, 1-1/4″ & 1-1/2″ or 22mm, 30mm, 35mm.
Optional for Beta 30, 35, 38, 45T, 43, 50, 60, 70T, 75, 85T, 90T, 105T & 115T.
6” Flange – bore sizes to suit: 1-1/4″, 1-1/2″, 1-3/4”, 2” & 2-1/2” or 30mm, 35mm, 40mm, 45mm, 50mm & 60mm.
Optional for Beta 60, 70T, 75, 85T, 90T, 105T & 115T.
Note: When using a 6” Split Boss Clamp with a TM93 gearbox an additional 2” spacer bobbin is required.
